Getting Help
With around 20 years of experience, I offer specialised support across a wide range of mental health challenges, with a particular focus on complex trauma and recovery. My work spans child and adolescent and adult mental health, comprehensive mental health assessments, and therapeutic care for individuals of all ages. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, grief, personality and adjustment disorders, eating disorders, and developmental conditions. I also have extensive experience in addressing family violence, abusive relationships, self-harm, suicide risk, bullying, and relational or friendship difficulties. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, my goal is to provide a safe space where you can gain the skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity.
